Today I shopped at Feilong Supermarket, and the staff's service attitude was terrible. When I asked a simple question, I received an impatient response. Moreover, many of the vegetables were not fresh, and the hygiene conditions were poor. The staff at Feilong Supermarket really have a bad attitude—extremely impatient and rude in tone, making communication a dreadful experience. It's frustrating to spend money only to be treated disrespectfully. Their language was harsh and dismissive, treating customers with indifference and even hurling unnecessary insults, clearly lacking basic professionalism. The supermarket should investigate this incident, provide criticism and education to the involved staff, or directly terminate employment. They must strengthen store service management and improve overall service quality.

You don’t know Fei Long? You don’t live in Chinatown now do you. Classic supermarket with a huge selection of fruits and vegetables - great prices and lots of herbs and teas as well! Parking available, the only gripe I have is that I MISS THE FOOD COURT THAT ONCE CANE WITH IT. The building used to be attached to a lil market with a food court that had since shut its doors. Some of the best cold noodle in the neighborhood just like that

Have wonderful selection of products, produce, meat, seafood, dairy, 99cents dozen brown eggs amazing, parking lot small still find parking, very crowded go early before 9am or near close time or will have hard time moving around aisle...

It's a big supermarket with lots of parking spaces. Tons of great snacks, veggies and fruits! The only thing that needs to be fixed is the sanitation and cleanliness of the bathroom... Going in the women's bathroom was a mess; There's no toilet paper in stock, and no toilet seats as well; It's concerning for the fact it's a big supermarket, and having a clean and sanitary bathroom would definitely make it convenient and easy for customers to use.

-just picked up two boxes of pears for holiday gifts and much to my embarrassment one of the boxes I gifted was missing 2 pears. these were sold by the box so of course I didn’t think to dig thru them and check if anything was missing cause why should it be?? why yall let customers open gift box items 😩😩
